Role Overview

As a Human Resource Executive at Apple Globalcare, you will manage the full spectrum of HR functions for a globally operating pharmaceutical distribution company. From hiring specialized pharma and logistics talent to driving employee engagement across a multi-cultural, international workforce, you will be the backbone of our people operations — ensuring every team member is empowered to deliver reliable, compliant, and compassionate healthcare globally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across distribution, logistics, regulatory, and global sales functions.
Partner with department heads to build talent pipelines for critical pharma distribution roles.
Design and execute structured onboarding for new joiners across Mumbai HQ and global operations.

2. Employee Engagement & Culture

Champion Apple Globalcare's culture of integrity, compliance, and patient-first values across all teams.
Plan and execute engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and cross-functional recognition activities.
Handle employee relations with empathy, maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain HR records, HRMS systems, attendance, leave administration, and payroll inputs.
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, PF, ESIC, and international employment standards relevant to global operations.
Support ISO, WHO-GDP, and regulatory audits by maintaining accurate, audit-ready HR documentation.

4. Performance & Learning

Facilitate goal-setting, KPI tracking, appraisal cycles, and 360-degree feedback processes.
Identify training needs across regulatory, logistics, and sales teams; coordinate L&D programs.
Support succession planning for critical global distribution and compliance roles.

Qualifications & Skills

MBA / PGDM in HR or related field
1–5 years of HR experience (Pharma Distribution / Healthcare preferred)
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and international HR practices
Proficient in HRMS, MS Office, and digital recruitment platforms
Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced global operations environment
